No WiFi in my room! Hotel advertises having wifi in rooms. This is dishonest/ false advertising. This is unacceptable! I needed/planned on using WiFi, which is why I booked this hotel, because it said it had WiFi in rooms. Front desk staff stated that this room sometimes doesn’t get WiFi; so obviously they knew this and yet I was given this room. In 2025 every hotel room should have WiFi, this should be a given.

Would definitely not recommend staying here. After a very long drive my family and I were ready to sleep. We got into our room and when I pulled back the cover, a big black bug ran out and under the bed. When I told the receptionist, she was very nice and switched up to a different room. However, upon pulling the covers back in this bed, the sheets were stained/dirty and covered in hair. The refrigerator was *disgusting*. The shower was full of hair and had paint peeling off from the ceiling. Don’t look too closely anywhere in your room or any common areas or you’ll see how dirty this place really is. After all of that, they were “unable” to refund me even a portion of the room fee.

Super 8 will be my " go to" when i travel. Because of this Super 8 that's how I made my decision. We had some bad experiences right before that with Motel 6's and these guys really saved us.

The rooms were comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. It kept me filled for the day ahead. The mini-fridge needed to have the freezer defrosted. I couldn't put anything in it. Otherwise, keep up the good work.

Good hotel at a decent rate, only complaint is that they serve the same thing for breakfast every morning, cheesy scrambled eggs and biscuits and gravy, and boiled eggs, no other meat options.
