Couldn't even get to my room, too much snow & ice on steps, & parking lot to get to RM. Front Desk Clerk wasn't available for close to an hour, & had to speak to a creepy guy, who was waiting for 2 hrs to check in. Maybe motel is in a convenient location for hospitals, clinics, & airport. However there needs to be major changes before I ever check this place out again. PS should have less c carbohydrates & sugary food items for Breakfast included or list before hand, so that travelers know,just crap is available for breakfast.

Had a drunk lady trying to get in our room at 1:00am. Also had some guys in a truck pull up infront of our room at 3:00 am blaring their music. Can hear everyone in their rooms talking. I will never stay again.

lobby is locked for security reasons but hallways to rooms are left unlocked and accessible to public. bathroom had not been cleaned, dirty toilet, filthy bathtub. Smoke detectors and sprinklers have been ripped out of the ceilings.

First off, i will say my interaction with staff were positive. i hold nothing against them. on to the bad. I had zero hot water. maintenance told me they have been waiting to get a plumber out there. second, there are people living there full time, one of which verbally assaulted me and threatened my service animal. I brought this to them, and they explained he lived there and he was like that. 3rd, as i chose this motel due to its proximity to the hospital to recover from surgery for the first few days, i was hoping for normal peace and quiet of a stay. instead i was woken up one morning by police at 430 am, to be informed that a customer got drunk and threw off the second floor a planter, window screen and a lot of glass beer bottles, which broke my windshield and damaged my hood and roof. of which the ladies up front tried to get my windshield replaced since i don't have the moment but the owner stepped in and said no. i understand liability but knowing you have a disabled veteran who is recovering from surgery and has no funds, something should have been offered at the very least, like compensating me for my stay and the problems staff great, but i do not reccomend this motel

Light switch by the door didn't work, one of the other lamps was unplugged, no outlets to plug into to charge a phone or laptop. The cord on the coffee maker wouldn't reach the outlet to plug it in unless you put the coffee maker on the floor

Staff leaves desk unattended, behave as if inconvenienced when they return long after you ring for them. Tables in room were not wiped down, body hair in the tub and bathroom upon check-in. Was convenient because of proximity to airport for early morning flight, but would not stay here again.

I won’t be staying here again. They first tried to put us in a room that’s not even in service, then put us in a room that I swear had blood on the lampshade! Just hoped we didn’t get bedbugs!
