The hotel was magnificent looking easy to get around views from each room where fabulous right on Flathead lake. Our room on the 100 level you exit out the back door with screens, to a cement patio with chairs tables yard in front of us and a view of the lake from ground level it was spectacular.

Hotel great, Restaurant a disaster

Our lakeside room was great. Nice view, large room, bed and pillows great,deck was a plus. Why i didn't give 5 stars was the restaurant. Our dinner took a long time coming out because only one cook. Breakfast was worse. Didn't open on time, and after 20 minutes myself and other guests walked across a busy street and over to Betty's cafe. Great food there.

We stayed in the most expensive room the second night because we decided to stay an extra night. The bathroom wasn’t t cleaned, the toilet was dirty. Kinda ruined the stay for me. We requested house cleaning to clean it but no one came. The deck was filthy with bugs and cobwebs.
