The staff was excellent. The room was clean. The breakfast was quite good. The bed and pillows were terrible. The bed was rock hard, and the pillows were flat. If you like sleeping on a carpeted floor with the pillowcase only as a pillow, then you would be fine.

This was our nicest stay all week in Idaho or Montana. The room was spacious and very clean. Amenties on site were very nice and clean. Guven a list of food establishments within 5 blocks of hotel, which was very convient. Staff was very accommodating for our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and service. Front desk (Mrs. Jennifer) is very friendly and the daily cookie is phenomenal (microwave it for 10 sec and you will love it even more!). One of our family members left his phone after we checked out and we got a call instantly and were able to retrieve it without causing any further delay. Highly recommend this great lodge for anyone who is looking for a stay in the glacier park area.

I wanted to give five stars because this hotel is lovely. The only reason for the slight mark down is that I was disappointed to be kept at reception for a long time when checking in, due to the receptionist having a problem checking me in and then keeping me waiting while talking to a potential customer on the phone for a long time about the park opening hours and other park information. So in future I suggest putting the phone on hold and serving the customer at the desk. Every other thing about the hotel was lovely and it was also very clean.
