Close to Yellowstone National Park. Parking at the hotel was easily accessible. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was included with the cost of each room. Hotel is within walking distance of numerous places for lunch & dinner. Rooms were clean & spacious. However it would have been nice if there had been a grab bar next to the toilet as it was very low. Toilet would have been suitable for a young child not an adult.

This is an old hotel. It is maintained, but very, very dated and you can hear everything above and beside you. The bed was like sleeping on a trampoline and the linens were itchy. There was no hair conditioner provided. The hotel hosts tour busses of overseas tourists who yell down the hallways to each other late into the night and early in the morning. When I peeked out the door and asked them to keep their voices down, they just stared at me and continued to shout to each other (did not understand English). The breakfast crew was wonderful - friendly and the food was good.

The condition of the hotel, for the price we paid, was not very good. The floors squeaked loudly, when the guest/s in the room above woke at 4am it woke me up. I could hear every step. The bed was spongy, the pillows were not very comfortable. The shower arm was rusty, the carpets were spotted. There was not even a bottle of water in the room. Staff was friendly and the location is amazing, but it is a $100 per night motel, not worth the $315/ night that we paid.

No elevator

Breakfast was really good. Staff was nice. Clean room. The only issue was no elevator in a 3 story building. Another guest was handicapped and they had a really hard time getting to their 2 nd floor room. We had luggage and coolers so many trips to unload.

The people serving in the restaurant had gloves on while cleaning the tables and picking all the dirty dishes. The same people served the food without changing out the gloves. They kept the same gloves while doing different activities. The carbonated cold drinks in the machine were totally flat and old. It upset my stomach. They need to change the drinks more often or not serve and make people sick. More cleanliness and hygiene should be followed in the restaurant. The coffee served tasted awful. The variety of breakfast items was good. It advertised they also have vegetarian food. However, they had only potatoes for vegetarian. They need to include more vegetarian food for people like my spouse who is vegetarian.

Perfect location. Right in the middle of west Yellowstone. Wished it had a pool but the overall amenities were good. The breakfast was great! The staff were incredibly friendly. It was right across the street from a park which was nice. We played basketball one of the afternoons. We had a very nice stay.

This is a 2 star motel, not a hotel. Decent at best. With bases of tourist groups. The rooms are old and the facility is unkept. Never renovated. Breakfast is the same every day. Everybody wants to eat at 7-7:30. But this facility is very conveniently located.

We booked this hotel last minute because we were planning on camping but had a member of our group get a flat and go down on a motorcycle so we needed to stay in a cleaner environment, I didn’t have high expectations because it was the cheapest cheapest available but I was really shocked how nice this hotel really was. The rooms were clean and spacious, the hotel was nicely decorated to match the theme and they have the most amazing delicious free breakfast. I’ve stayed at probably thousands of hotels at this point in my life and never have I experienced such a lovely free breakfast, they had so many delicious options that I wanted to try but couldn’t eat anymore. There are many options of where to stay in this area, butI would definitely look for this place to book again. Every single person I interacted with in the hotel was very sweet and helpful and truly seem like they just wanted you to have a good stay.

Overpriced.

We were put on second floor and there was no elevator. After we were settled in our room, someone started banging on our door. I was reluctant to answer, but the pounding continued. When a non-English speaking couple showed me their keycard it was the same room number as ours. They left and suppose were given another room. The motel is overpriced for its condition. I will say they had a very good breakfast.
