The staff was so nice! They worked hard and were so patient with the number of families at the hotel. The breakfast was yummy and though we didn't swim in the the pool was packed with folks who looked like they were having a fun time. Great option in west Yellowstone.

Very nice property. Rooms were very clean and the hotel is fairly new. The floors are thin so if you are a light sleeper, you might want a room on the 3rd floor.

Enjoyed our stay here. This is a small town so any where you stay within West Yellowstone area is a good area. This hotel is at one end but still close to the main streets where most of the stores and restaurants are. It is next to a pancake house which we enjoyed and bubble tea place. The hotel itself was clean and had a nice size indoor pool. The laundry facility was convenient. The breakfast they offered was good enough with many choices from hot to cold. Plenty of parking onsite. Entrance to Yellowstone Park is less than a 5 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.

The atmosphere inside the hotel was very welcoming. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable about Yellowstone and the surrounding areas. They marked off restaurants on a local map and good viewing areas for animal sightings. The room was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The location is great and convenient right next to Yellowstone. The breakfast was good and the hot tub and pool were nice. The hotel room and bathroom could use an update and is a bit overpriced for the condition of the room, but overall our stay was good!

This is a typical hotel like a Holiday Inn Express or Hampton Inn. Friendly staff. If you’re heading to Yellowstone, you will have to drive through town.

The AC unit was loud, we had to unplug it to sleep. Also the shampoo, conditioner and other offered inability to get the product out of the bottle which was frustrating Suggest using a different product.
