"We checked in about 10 PM after a venue. Got to our room and discovered we had no hot water called downstairs. They said that we didn't know how to use the handle. They came up and discovered we had no hot water. I advise they had no other room to put us in and that they were sorry. Hotel is not co operative on giving us a refunded. AC also turned off in the middle of the night and we couldnt get it to come back on, finally came back on around 7am. Would NOT recommend. "

"The people at the hotel were so incredible. I asked one morning about whether the water in the room was complementary or if we had to pay. I think it was the manager of the hotel, not only told me it was complementary, but he went and got me more water. I was really disappointed though, because the pool was not working, and I had no idea when we booked the hotel. "
