Overall, it was an okay stay. However, I booked this particular property because of a previous stay at another location and we were able to access Netflix, etc. That was not the case at this location, even though the app was on the tv- I spent 45 minutes attempting to troubleshoot (because that’s what I was told to do by the individual at the front desk that night), only to be told by the morning staff that it was no longer available because the TV’s had been replaced and it would work on some, but it wasn’t guaranteed to work on all. I used $40 of my One Key cash towards this booking only to be disappointed with that issue as well as the issue with the A/C- if turned up over 68, it expels a fishy odor that filled the room.

Nice hotel. I enjoyed being on the first floor. However, the front desk, maybe the manager, was not that kind. The employee that checked us in was very nice, and I more than appreciate her meeting our needs and not being rude since I did not allow them to use my card to pay before I got there. If I “reserve and pay later”, I expect to reserve and pay later (at the hotel). Overall, I enjoyed my stay even though there was not enough parking spots, I was still able to park in handicap. I would definitely visit again! Nice area as always.
