When we tried to check in we were told they could not give us the requested and paid for king bed room but that they could put us in a room with double beds. The front desk person did call the other Marriott locations and found us a king bed. Very frustrating after a long trip

This property was very relaxing ! I want to say how amazing these staff members were and how welcoming and friendly they were which made my stay even more pleasant. Erica was very helpful and great, kineta, Nyla, and the front desk clerk I don’t know how to spell her name but she worked Easter Sunday her name also starts with a k was so friendly and so hospitable. I truly enjoyed this stay.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. There was a stain on the shower curtain. The toilet seat wouldn’t stay up when my husband used the bathroom. Breakfast was decent enough, but they ran out of coffee, and the trash was over-flowing.

Bathtub in room 308 was filthy- no soap in the shower and air conditioner was noisy all night. Young lady who checked me in had zero customer service skills and looked like she slept in her clothes the night before. The front desk guy in the morning was extremely pleasant and brought soap to my room. Won’t book there again

We came in after some really bad weather producing tornadoes. Kianna (sorry about the spelling) checked us in and she was amazing! She told us that she had been there since 7 am (it was almost 7 pm when we got there) and the second shift had not shown up. Instead of being in a bad mood she was extremely nice. She even had to be back in the morning at 7! Thank you for making our stay pleasant!
