the tv in the room was set to spanish, the desk clerk told me he would change it, never saw him, when checking out asked for a receipt and they couldn't provide one, told me to go to the trivalgo website,

The main things i didnt like was the odor of the room. It reeked of cigarette smoke. It was a non-smoking room! Also the tub was slick. If I hadnt been warned by my husband, i could have easily slipped and fallen.

I used to work for Wyndham many years ago and frankly, i am shocked at the overall product and the quality of the staff. I own a ho.e in Vestavia Hills but live out of town. My brothers are professional tree climbers and they were in town to work on my property. It's hard, dirty work, so while they don't look spit shined, they are intelligent and respectful, yet were treated poorly by the staff. One lady actually told my brother that he could only have one cup of coffee, tho there were two people staying in the DOUBLE room that i paid for. There was so much work that i had to book a second night and again, nothing but disrespect and borderline harassment. And...to too top it off, tgere was a dirty adhtray in NON SMOKING DOUBLE I CONFIRMED. Definitely didn't make me feel comfortable about the general cleanliness.
