Everything was very clean and well maintained. I liked that they had pump bottles of shampoo, etc. in the shower rather than giving us the small travel sized ones. The ladies who were working breakfast in the morning were very sweet and went above and beyond to be sure everyone had what they needed. The bed and pillows were actually very comfortable, not too soft like most hotels.

Wonderful experience. Good, clean, quiet room. Good breakfast and very helpful, cheerful staff. Easy access back to interstate made getting home simple. Will stay there again if we are passing thru and need lodging.

Sorry to say that this hotel staff was beyond rude~

Pros: roof over our head
Cons: rude and not clean
I have never stayed at a Holiday Inn Express that I felt was rude and not clean until this stay. Very upset and was happy to return home.

The hotel staff is friendly

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, pool, work out room, laundry service, hbo
Cons: should provide extra perks for repeat customers, free laundry service for repeat customers, no valet service
The hotel staff is friendly, but I repetedly am not welcomed as a priority club member. The hotel is strategically placed by restaurants which is convenient. Rooms are pretty good, but could use some improvement. Valet service would be a great suggestion for guests!
