Buyer Beware. This place has nice pictures but is disgusting in person. There are stains all over the closet. Our room had a blood stain on the bed. I was on the 3rd floor, but couldnt call downstairs for fresh linen because the phone was outdated and broken. When I advised the front desk of the stain, I was told that there was no housekeeping so I would have to bring the linen down myself. I asked for a different room & was told, none available. I asked for a manager and was told, none available. I asked of hw could call the manager and he said no. They also hold $150 deposit for incidentals. Don't waste your time.

The floors in the breakfast serving area were very slippery. I had to use extreme care trying to walk.The last time I stayed there the floor was slippery. My wife would have fallen if I had not been by her side to steady her. My room was exposed to very loud off and on noise. May have been an elevator. The room price was definitely too high for this stay.

Overpriced horrible. The first room they gave us was not clean. The second room the floor was dirty and the carpet was damp. It smelled musty. The a/c was noisy and did not work well at all. Furniture is nicked and dented. The the bathtub the slip resistance on the bottom has worn off and I slipped and nearly fell because it was very slippery. I had to ask for towels and another pillow. There were cockroaches outside the front door area and the loading area so I was awake most of the night worrying about any being in the building. This hotel is old, outdated, and the cleanliness is beyond poor. I have paid less for hotels and gotten by far better rooms in every way. The only thing that was good was the gentleman at the front desk was very pleasant. Would not recommend this hotel at all. They need to do a lot of work to improve it. The whole roaches outside the front door area was a health issue concern for me in a huge way.

The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The physical property is old and in need of an upgrade. The carpet was old and dirty and therefore the rooms did not smell clean. The breakfast was very disappointing with only a few items available (cereal, waffles, bagels, milk from a pitcher).

One wash rag for two people! Bathtub slimy! Roach crawled on you husband and we had to find it in the middle of the night! Breakfast horrible... No milk, therefore no cereal! Couldn't get waffles out of waffle machine! Syrup everywhere, place was nasty! I was so dissapointed. Not worth the price, which was too high and the rating of 4.1 out of 5, not true!!! Staff, however very honest!
