During our 4 night stay, the room was not cleaned nor the towels changed. We had to go down to the desk and get fresh towels. We asked them to clean the room halfway thru our stay and all they did was empty the trash. The beds were uncomfortable and the comforters on both beds were ripped. The curtains had mold growing on them. Cleaning is obviously done by just hitting the high spots because the entire place is almost nasty. I’ve been extremely disappointed in the direction Choice hotels has gone lately and this stay just added to that disappointment.

Pictures are not accurate. Our room was extremely dirty - fingerprints all over headboard & hair on blankets. Blinds were stained & there were splatters of a drink all over the walls. The back door entry was unlocked & did not latch to the outside public - VERY UNSAFE.

We booked two rooms for two nights for an Alabama football weekend and expected higher rates, but we also expected basic service in return. Regardless of the price, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Both rooms and carpets were dirty and smelled bad. No one cleaned our rooms or brought the extra towels we requested, even after asking. The “breakfast” was not worth mentioning—thankfully there’s a Waffle House nearby. Definitely not a place we’d stay again.

We had a King room on the 1st floor and I highly do not recommend for anyone dealing with back issues. Deadbolt did NOT latch at all! Had to rely on the regular lock, the door stop latch, and the “Go Ahead and Make My Day” under the pillow.

First off when we checked in there was no luggage cart. Ckerk had to go find the one and only one they had. Finally got one. We to our room which when we entered smelt of wet carpet. So the very nice clerk moved us across the hall to another room. It was better, but obviously its ok to smoke week in rooms. Next day we left for a bit and come back to our keys not working and someone entering our room with do not disturb or the door. They turn our ac to auto when i had it on bc i have to have it cold to breath and they messed with it and took and replaced towels. That is invasion of privacy. And keys not working is crazy. It happened at our last stay. There was a big gap above ac you could see outside. I have pictures Last but not least when we go to checkout, there is no luggage cart. And we had to lug all of our stuff downstairs bc the elevator takes 5 mins to go up and down. We usually use this hotel for our racers to stay when we come race but this was by far the worst experience i have ever had

Got put on the do not rent list and had never been there nor did I do anything wrong solely because the ppl that was there and wasn’t suppose to be and I didn’t know them nor did I have anything to do with the reasons they were there I get told I had to much traffic and I had absolutely No traffic at all and I booked a double that sleeps 4 so how can I not have my family members come over

I had work schedule issues so I was not able to travel so my wife, daughter and grandchildren made the trip. While the room itself was comfortable, they felt very unsafe coming and going from the hotel and parking lot. To many questionable activities going on in that area. We have family in this area and do travel there 2 or 3 times a year, but We will not be using this hotel again
