"This is an older hotel. The floor in room 201 was uneven and the bed leaned one direction slightly. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. There is an elevator located outside in the rear of the hotel on one end so was all the way down from our room which was quite the hike. ..."

Residence Inn by Marriott Birmingham Downtown at UAB
"The staff was friendly, however I had a problem with the parking fee. I told them twice I would only need one night, yet I was charged for 2 nights. When I called about it he said a supervisor would have to look at it. I never heard back from them. It’s been 4 months. The chances of getting my $20 returned now is pretty low."
