The night staff was extremely rude. The room smelled of weed. The room was a nonsmoking room. If you are looking to be treated fairly this is NOT the hotel for you.

We did not end up staying here. Upon arrival, our reservation was not found, so we had to make a new reservation. Walked up to our room and the bed was not done, tv was on, trash was left, and the door was unlocked. We asked for another room, when we entered that room, it smelled like cigarette and the fire alarm battery was low, so it kept beeping. We decided to get a refund and leave.

Very convenient from 65, very clean and quite for how close to the highway. Many restaurants close by. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful.

No microwave, no refrigerator, no iron plus they charged my card twice so now I have to wait 5 days to get my money back. Just awful😡😡😡

Dear Value Customer,please accept our sincerest apologies for the Credit Card being authorized twice. Unfortunately only our superior rooms have Microwave,Fridge and Coffee maker in them for a upgrade charge.

It stated online they serve continental breakfast and they don't . Also when we walked into the rooms we thought oh these are very nice then we seen roaches everywhere.

The property was kept up and very clean. I absolutely was very disappointed with my check in experience. The person at the front desk was checking me in and another guest walked In she dropped me like a hot potato and took care of them. Once the people left I confronted her. She told me to accept the apology or not it’s my problem.

The beds were literally the most uncomfortable I've ever slept on. Took me forever to fall asleep. Our room was not as clean as expected and there was some kind of huge hair ball on the floor. No coffee when we went to the lobby in the morning. It was empty. The ice machine was completely empty. Upon check in, the clerk entered the wrong exp date for my card so it was declined. I had to call my bank and get it straightened out. About 10:30 pm the hotel called me to see if we were still checking in. That was unnecessary. The AC unit in the room was blowing right on my face in the bed. There was no way to adjust the louvers on it. It was okay for the price, but I won't stay here again.
