Wonderful staff and service. Room was fine, bathroom very nice. Felt clean. Only downside was the parking situation. Only option was valet and price was higher than advertised on property details. Otherwise, very pleasant stay and would book again.

Loved the boutique collection style of the hotel and the food at the onsite restaurant was wonderful. Check in process however was a huge disappointment. We arrived at 4pm as check-in time was 4pm. Our room wasnt ready & there were no other rooms available either because housekeeping hadnt cleaned them yet. We had to sit in the lobby for an hour waiting for a room which cause us to miss our 5:00 dinner reservations as we needed to shower and change first. Receptionist told us there was nothing she could do about and management didn’t work weekends and that she had no way of contacting them so we'd just have to wait. When I inquired about moving to a sister property nearby to get in a room quicker I was told if we did, I wouldnt get a refund for the cuurent room because I booked through Travelocity.

Poor lighting, only one chair in the unit, no bench at the foot of the bed. There were two of us. If hubby sat in the chair I had to sit on the bed or vise versa. One of the light bulbs in the bathroom was out...ordinarily that would not be a problem, but the bathroom was a dark gray making it very dark.

The only thing I didn’t like is the road to the hotel is blocked off, it took me 30 minutes to find it trying to take an alternate route. The lady at the front desk literally stayed on the phone with me and gave me directions. Customer service here is amazing.

Even though it was a one night stay I really love how the room was. Very clean and bright and you can see the city from the room. I love how they have your name on the TV screen makes you feel special. Will definitely book again if I’m in the area!

The room was great but the walls were so thin until we heard EVERYTHING going on outside the entire night. Also, the staff was not there to prepare breakfast that morning so we couldn’t eat. It is beautiful but probably would not choose to stay there again.

Location was great. The hotel felt a little shabby and in need of some attention. The room amenities were quality and appreciated. The biggest miss for us was the lack of coffee service. We were disappointed that coffee was not readily available in the lobby for departure.

Well I booked a double room and paid extra for that. Upon arriving at the hotel we find out they don’t have double bed rooms. Then to top it off we had a full size bed to sleep 3 people which was not possible. So my only option was to go spend more money and buy an air mattress which was another 130 dollars. Then I had to lay 38 dollars for 2 cars valet parking bc they did not offer and other type of parking. So this stay ended up costing me over 500 dollars. Needless to say I was not a happy camper

Disappointing for the price.
The lobby area of the hotel is beautiful and the staff was friendly. But for the price, our stay here was disappointing. The room carpet was dingy- and didn’t seem clean. The AC in our room also didn’t work well- which made showering and getting ready miserable. The hotel room didn’t have a fridge. The hotel also didn’t offer any complimentary waters or phone charges. Plus, even though we were on the 10th floor- the street noise from racing cars and motorcycles was insane! Again, for the price this hotel charges- you could have a better overall experience at a different luxury hotel.

Staff was great and valet. Otherwise, the accommodations were subpar. Two towels were available in the bathroom but there were no tissues in the tissue holder. Biggest complaint, the air conditioner went out in the middle of the night. Side note- Saturday night on the streets outside the hotel were nothing more than car engines going crazy racing down the street. Staff was amazing however.
