Expecting better

Pros: Still debating this question...
Cons: Customer service
This was a very nice hotel, however the power went out 12:30 am and we were without cooling and lights till 3:30 am. No emergency lighting in room, no phone to call front desk. The hallways had emergency lighting for awhile then went out. At checkout the desk staff did not want to say anything and the gentleman we did talk to had nothing to say, it would have been nice for them to give out a discount for our next stay but instead no apology or anything. Quite disappointing and now off our list as a place to stay.
