"The beds are super hard and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. It still had soap in the dish from the previous guest and the toilet and tub had “hair” in and on it. I was also upset that they spoke so fast as if they were robots at check in I had to go back and ask questions about the additional $100 charge on my card (security deposit) which is refunded in 5-7 days after checkout! As beautiful as it is I was disappointed overall."

"The air freshener in the lobby and in the floor hallways was disgustingly strong, and it leaked into the bedroom. There was no pool bar, as advertised 😔 The pillows were uncomfortable, but otherwise, clean rooms and hotel."

"They overbooked the hotel and sent us to another hotel for 1 of our nights. The staff refused to listen to you over the phone. They rather just cut you off while you’re talking in person and over the phone. Valet was the best thing far as staff goes! "

"I could not connect to the wifi. I got an error code 299. I made 3 trips to the office and the receptionist could not help me. I checked out after the first night but I was charged for 2 nights. I would like a refund for that second night. According to the receptionist, Expedia only reserved 1 night."
