"Needed a last minute hotel that was inexpensive but nice in the downtown Birmingham Area, and this was a perfect choice. Right in the heart of Birmingham! This hotel was Great for the Family and I. Only thing I did not like was the parking situation we had to park on the street however the meter stopped running at 8 PM that night to 8 AM in the morning. We got up early enough to not have to pay the meter but the little parking that they do have is first come first serve. There is a parking garage, but we were not sure if they validated parking. Overall, a great stay and if you do have to park on the street it is very inexpensive. I believe it’s like a dollar for one hour."

"The hotel is located downtown so it’s pretty convenient to things. The parking situation is not great. Check in went smoothly. I think it’s weird that the A/C in each room is controlled by the front desk, so you have to call them if you want it changed. But, everything was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable."
