This stay was very uncomfortable. It was extremely cold, and the heat was not working. It took them about an hour or two to get it fixed. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the room was dirty. Also, this room was supposed to be for a person with a disability, but it was not suitable at all.

With the exception of a few maintenance issues, drawer handle missing, towel rack broken toilet didn’t flush as well as it should. Otherwise, I was very pleased with my stay. The staff is very nice. The bed was amazing and the room was very clean and up to date. I will definitely stay here again.

I travel for work and decided to stay at this property for about 10 weeks. GREAT location. Clean on arrival. Friendly staff. Onsite laundry. There were some noisy neighbors some nights. They should definitely implement quiet hours. Maintenance was needed for my sink, I called the desk and made the staff aware, but 2 weeks passed and they never came to fix it. Housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday and they never even visited my room the last 3 weeks of my stay. A short term stay here would be fine, but someone needing a longer stay may find themselves doing a lot of the upkeep in their room.

The hotel was old. The rooms were out dated. I had to ask for another room because the first room I was given was dirty, food on floor, bed not made correctly with sheet hanging out, bucket in the bathroom, door propped open upon my arrival and when I questioned at the desk, they said it was left open because the maid had just cleaned it. The gentlemen at the desk tried to be accommodating and offered a second room. The second room was only a little bit better. The rugs are stained and old. All types of weird, looking people hanging out at the hotel, all times of night which was scary and made me nervous. This is the second Sonesta in 2 states I have had a problem with, I will not stay at another Sonesta anywhere!
