Convenient and clean

This was a basic but updated motel at a good price. Very nice front desk staff! Our room had a fridge and was very clean and comfortable. The king sized bed was very comfortable! Safe area with a great breakfast restaurant just across the street. Only 15 mins drive to the theater we were attending downtown.

Hotels.com said free breakfast, but it doeant have breakfast. The Ranch House is up the street. Room was clean, but the floor was a little dirty. Thats okay, it wasnt dirty enough to complain. Great front desk staff, very friendly.

Front desk was amazing. Hotel was renovated and in great condition and very nice. So thing is the housekeeping need to step up when cleaning. Hair in the tub and trash in the floor.

I thought the hair dryer smelled like burning hair. Turns out it was just a dead roach on the coils. The pillows were completely flat. Our room did not get cleaned after the first night and coming in late I didn’t want to go down to get new ones in the lobby so I decided to just use them again and wait until it was cleaned the following day. I called the front desk to report what had happened. The room was still not cleaned on the second day so again it was late but I carried the dirty towels down to the front desk and had to request a fresh set. For $100 a night this is just not ok.
