Check in was seamless. I was not happy that I paid 77.00 for my 2 little dogs. Did not see that price when I booked the room or I probably would’ve went with the Airbnb room.

The hotel is nice. The air unit in rm 516 was very loud. I couldn't sleep due to the rattling noise the air unit made. Otherwise it would've been great.

Was clean and nice, we were only there 1 night, but it was a good night sleep and was close to the hospital. Being close to the hospital and people needing to be there so early, I would recommend that they extend the breakfast hours to 5am.

The property was itself was clean but highly scented from the products utilized for daily cleaning. The parking lot was clean, well lit, with plenty of parking. The vending machine took my money but staff was more than happy to give me a refund. What I did not like was the lavatory in the bathroom. The water in the shower did not get hot, it was luke warm. You had to flush the toilet multiple times and sometimes you had to wait for a few minutes and try again which was very annoying especially if you did no. 2. Also, one of the elevators broke down on the day we arrived and was not repaired the day we left.

When passing through Birmingham, I have often stayed here. It had always been clean and quiet. I've never used the pool or exercise room and rarely eat breakfast there. Only minor issue IMO is the low flow showers.
