When we first arrived, my husband had to use the bathroom really bad. We were told all the restrooms in the lobby area were out of order. If this was due to Covid19, why not just say it. Also, we could have chosen the option for NO breakfast for $10 less, but we thought it would be worth it to pay the $10. We were told that breakfast would be a "to go bag" with an apple, juice drink, and granola bar. We chose not to even bother. And this was no where on the website. We were expecting a continental-type breakfast.

Fitness Center was good. Room was clean. Good continental breakfast. Didn't like the comforter on the bed. I got too hot. The maids replaced the towels even though I hung them up. The sign in the room said to save water, energy etc. then hang the towels up if they don't need to be replaced.

Nice Hotel

The people at the desk when I checked in were very nice and perfessional. I believe the lady’ s name was Margaret any the gentleman was Chris.

We shall never return!

As our usual hotel was booked, we booked a Hampton Inn. We enjoy the new hotel in Germantown; however due to construction the hotel was dirty! Never again.

The hotel had poor accommodations.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
I stayed at this hotel because it was the location of a class I was attending. The accommodations were okay, but the amenities were fair to poor. The toilet in my room was broken which I didn't realize until late (10 p.m.), no maintenance people were available to fix it, and they couldn't give me another room because they were booked. When I did change rooms the following morning because maintenance couldn't be there until noon, I left some paperwork in one of the dresser drawers. When I realized it the following morning when I was trying to leave at 5 a.m., the front desk told me I would have to wait until 7 a.m. when housekeeping arrived to check their office for the paperwork because they didn't have keys to the housekeeping staff's room. The hotel attendants attempted to make-up for these problems with a number of "I apologize. I understand your frustration," but it didn't work. No they didn't understand my frustration at all.
