"I would not recommend staying in this hotel. The Wi-Fi did not work. We had issues with our TV and had to reset it a few times. The place looks nice in photos and from the outside, but from the inside it smelled old and rotten. We had to leave the windows open to air it out. It was absolutely terrible. Everything was outdated. It’s great that it’s a pet friendly hotel but if you don’t have a pet, then you’re dealing with pet hair and dander and the area they provide for them to relieve themselves that smells horrible. We attempted to request for our resort fees to be waived due to these issues and they denied our request. "

"Great communication and clean open space. However, the home sleeps 8 not 10 as highlighted on the home specs. "

"Communication was great, felt welcomed, and confident if there was an issue we’d get support. Cozy home, comfortable living spaces, kids appreciated their own lounge space downstairs. Staying here made our time in Tahoe even more memorable. "

"We had a lovely stay at this South Lake Tahoe cabin. The hot tub was relaxing. The location couldn’t be better. The host was very communicative and helpful. We look forward to staying here again. "

"Pros: cute, quiet neighborhood. Really cute decor inside with most of what you would need in a house if you were going to cook, etc. Very spacious and was stocked. Fenced backyard was really nice for the dogs to roam safely.Cons: before our arrival, we were told that a bathroom sink was backed up but we never heard back from anyone. By the time of our departure, the toilets were backing up too. The stove didn't have any spark as it was not working. We had a lighter thank goodness."
