We’ve stayed in cabins about a dozen times, but this was our first visit here, and it was disappointing. The first night, the hot tub was cold; I messaged, but the response was just a vague ‘noted.’ The next day, the kitchen sink was freezing—no warm water all day. They were slow to act, and the kitchen was poorly stocked—no oil, no spices, and minimal utensils. In the basement, the game area was neglected: a broken pool cue, just one dart, and everything old and cold, so we barely used it. I did get a message from someone named Marissa from Vacasa, but no follow-up—no check on whether issues were resolved. Messages came in disjointed, so we were confused about where to direct questions. Normally, we know cabin routines, but here no clear instructions were provided inside. While Marissa did reply, there was no proper follow-through. I really hope they streamline communication and provide clear, complete instructions for future guests.
