This clean and charming retreat will Float Your Boat! Two bedrooms: one with king bed, one full size and a sofa-bed in the living room. Now, PLUS 2-King beds downstairs in screened-in room! Will have A/C in it by Summer 2024. An RV site also on-premises. This recently updated home sleeps 10 comfortably. Two queen air mattresses are also available for children five or over. Screened-in room downstairs features a third bath with a shower, and refrigerator along with a dining area for more entertaining. The spacious upstairs deck is ideal for watching the river flow by or just unwinding. An elevator is available for freight: groceries, luggage, or for a handicapped person. The aluminum dock features a landing with outdoor seating, a fire pit as well as, and a boat lift. So whether you enjoy swimming, boating, fishing, kayaking, canoeing, or jet skiing, "Floats My Boat" is the ideal place to escape for some R&R on the Suwannee River. You can launch your vessel at a public boat ramp in Branford, just minutes away due north. A canoe is provided as well as the RV site with 110 v electricity and water. RV or camper must be self-contained. No extra charge! Tents are welcome too!
The view of the river from the deck is spectacular morning or night; enjoy your coffee or favorite beverage in the high-top chairs! Downstairs, host your guests for grilling. Two folding tables, a gas grill , refrigerator and sink downstairs as well as a Bluetooth speaker tower to accommodate you.

Great vibes. The stay was amazing. Close to town, yet very private and serene. Kitchen was well stocked. Canoe and paddleboat were great amenities. All the comforts of home in a perfect relaxing environment. Was just what we all needed.

We enjoyed Floats My Boat River Home! This vacay home is very cozy and extra clean. Very nicely decorated.Everything we needed was available and handy. There was a little Smores Box with all ingredients you need for smores sitting in counter although we had all ingredients needed. Nice firepit with comfortable chairs, firewood stacked near by. This home is very welcoming ! Beautiful scenery of the Swannee River with great boat dock! I definitely recommend Floats My Boat Vacation Rental!! Our family enjoyed it very much!

Highly Recommend
We had such a wonderful time at Float My Boat. The pictures don't do it justice. Such a beautiful spot. We traveled with our boat and docked at the private dock for the long weekend. Enjoyed exploring the Suwannee and Santa Fe. Had a blast hanging out on the many porches/hangout areas. House has everything you could need and more. Very peaceful, comfortable and quiet. Highly recommending this one.

Gramps enjoyed sitting on the deck looking at the river while the kids hit all the nearby springs . House was well equipped and comfortable . Easy to put in at boat ramp in town and kayak home ! Thanks for a great stay

Piece of HEAVEN on Suwannee River
This place exceeded our expectations! Everything from top to bottom, front to back , was clean , well equipped , efficient and just down right cozy and adorable. I was so mad I had leave and go home ! The floating dock for our boat and fishing was everything we needed ! It’s set in a perfect location just around the corner from the public boat ramp. The outside screened in porch with bathroom was so perfect for our low country boil and all the nights we grilled. The fire pit was perfect for roasting marshmallows , the upper deck was my piece of heaven while sipping my coffee in the mornings. Beds were super comfortable and the air mattresses that the home is equipped with were nice as well! There was plenty of yard for my daughter and her friend to throw the softball around and play! I can’t wait to come back, hopefully every year ! It was a wonderful experience that my whole family loved! Thank you so much!

Just perfect!
This home was perfect for our family of 6 to attend a family reunion in the area. It was very convenient to Branford. Host left us a list of restaurants in the area which we really appreciated. Downstairs screened in area allowed for us to host other members of the family for dinner. Can’t say enough about how nice and clean and perfect this house is. Teresa and Tammy quickly responded to any questions we had. We would rent again.

Family Reunion
The house on the inside was very clean. Definitely need to add some more items to the kitchen. Outside was not as clean. Spider webs everywhere, dirt dobber nest everywhere, vines growing on house. The view was beautiful and just as pictured.
