The property was just okay. The staff was nice and the property was clean, but that can be said of most Holiday Inns I've stayed at. I expect more from Hilton....especially after spending $750 for a 2 night stay. I got a Holiday Inn experience at Hilton prices. I don't mind spending the money, I just want my money's worth.

Providing clean, comfortable accommodations is our goal, so we are disappointed to see that your overall visit was not better enjoyed. Vacationing on the beach and having the sand and surf nearby normally is a wonderful way to relax and unwind. Please accept our apology that your stay was not satisfactory. Rooms are not in good shape. Sinks with cracks filled with silicone. AC sounds like a jet engine starting. Balconies are filthy and are never cleaned apparently. I’ve stayed at several Hilton’s with a high expectation based on others I stayed at. Disappointing. Also, cleaning service should be daily or why else would you stay at hotel. Location is the only thing going for this hotel. If they spent more time on rooms rather than their lobby than maybe they would represent the Hilton brand better.

Awesome! Repeat customers is the best compliment of all as it shows that we are doing exactly what we need to do each day; make our guests happy! Our oceanfront location is a great spot to enjoy the Outer Banks by relaxing on the beach with a delightful book, enjoying our fire pit in the courtyard at night, or simply sleeping in and enjoying the views from your rooms private balcony. Our on-site Aviator Bar and Bistro provides excellent dining options and tasty cocktails making it a great convenient while at the hotel. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

the property and surroundings were great, the only thing I was a little disappointed with was there was stickers on the door stating the room was sanitized (due to covid-19), but under the TV on the desk, there was garbage left from prev ious occupants. the cleaning crew apparantly didn't see the garbage and papers. but still would stay there again.

There wasn't a problem with the property itself. The management of the property was an issue. My family was awakened (including 2 children under the age of 6) at 8:00 am on 1/2/2020 by noise being made in the electrical closet near room 115. The front desk said they would look into it. The noise continued. The night of 2/3/2020 there was a car in the parking lot right outside their room that was playing loud music. The front desk was called twice. Neither time was the phone answered. My son called 911. The police were on property for over an hour. The car and the occupants were not guests of the hotel. There has been no contact of any kind from hotel management. I
