the property and surroundings were great, the only thing I was a little disappointed with was there was stickers on the door stating the room was sanitized (due to covid-19), but under the TV on the desk, there was garbage left from prev ious occupants. the cleaning crew apparantly didn't see the garbage and papers. but still would stay there again.

There wasn't a problem with the property itself. The management of the property was an issue. My family was awakened (including 2 children under the age of 6) at 8:00 am on 1/2/2020 by noise being made in the electrical closet near room 115. The front desk said they would look into it. The noise continued. The night of 2/3/2020 there was a car in the parking lot right outside their room that was playing loud music. The front desk was called twice. Neither time was the phone answered. My son called 911. The police were on property for over an hour. The car and the occupants were not guests of the hotel. There has been no contact of any kind from hotel management. I

If you visit again, perhaps you will have time to explore the great local shops in the Town of Duck or check out some nearby attractions like the Currituck Beach. Things advertised but not available in timely fashion- no room service after first night - even after requested. So bed not made up etc. staff had no knowledge of tourist information.

Restaurant with small bar on site, 24 hour mini-convenience store next to check in desk-beer, wine and sodas for purchase any time, room service, and all right on the beach at Kitty Hawk Pier. The entire property is clean and well-kept.

Close to the beach, ignorant staff!

The hotels location is convenient, however the staff are horrible, ignorant and stereotypical. Purchased a oceanfront suite, treated like a animal due to visible tattoos I'm assuming.

Loved the easy access to the beach.

Pros: Beach access and morning coffee and evening cookies. Duck Donuts, barbecue, Thai restaurant, pharmacy across the street. Coastal Provisions was great.
Cons: Sliding glass doors were extremely hard to slide. I know it's the beach and salt air but something could be done.
Location: Far North end of Kiitty Hawk. Right next to Southern Shores. Short drive to waterfront shops in Duck. Loved Coastal Cantina right on the sound.
Nice hotel with great beach access and the fishing pier right off the back of the hotel was a nice surprise. There were some great staff. Sweet gentleman in the early morning cleaning the pool. And the staff cleaning the room were great. But also had to listen to some wait staff sit down at the outdoor Tiki bar after their shift and complain. Nice hotel, but not great like usually expected from a stay at a Hilton property for the price charged.
