Upon check-in a credit card is required for room, tax & incidentals; an authorization occurs to be sure funds are available, but the card is not charged. The balance of this authorization is released upon your departure. Most banks recognize our release in 3 business days, others take up to 10. I’m sorry that this was not effectively communicated and for any frustration caused. Again, on behalf of the staff and management - I offer our apologies. Sincerely, Hotel Management

Close to airport and easily accessible to major highways, Kids loved the pool, wife loved the laundry and exercise room, I loved the BBQ grill area, breakfast was good, but menu choices was limited.

The staff was great. The building layout is a little strange. For example, the elevator is not near the lobby.

It was a perfect location between the airport and training venue. The room was very nice and clean. The bed and pillows were remarkably comfortable. Great nights sleep.
