I must say the rooms are pretty clean which you wouldn’t expect from walking in the entrance. They requested cash for the deposit and showed us the atm which i thought was weird . They offer free breakfast but it has been out of order the whole week . We saw a random women passed out in the hallway with a bottle of vodka . We are in a situation we have stayed in a couple hotels in the area this one is on the nicer side but the customers are kind of sketchy. It is nice to have a microwave fridge and ironing board

I did like the room. I was not happy to watch cartoons all night, the remote control did not work. They may want to vacuum the carpet in the hallway and sweep the floors in the room.

Had an issue with my heater. Waited to tell them with weather being so bad. Once i told then they came down took a look and moved my room.. only thing is no one told me until i got there that therecwas 00.00 deposit no one could tell me why. Ive stayed there several times and never had to pay a deposit. Than told me it would be 4 to 5 days before returned to my acct

Nice area and staff, but the place was trashy and dirty with homeless sleeping in the stairwell. Would work fpr a couple of huys needing somewhere to sleep, bit definitely not for families.
