"Staff was mixed; when I checked in the front desk person already there did not greet me at all - I walked up and she was on the phone, hung up and ignored me. When another front desk person saw me from the hall she hurried to the desk to assist me to see that the other front desk clerk was not assisting me, had no clue that she didn’t greet me either. She promptly assisted me with the kindest smile and awesome service. So staff was “mixed”. Service was okay - top comforter needed a wash (small stain, easy to miss). Bathroom floor and shower had a hair strand…or two. But room seemed clean otherwise. Pool looked great, good location, property was clean. Most staff was helpful."
