The staff greeted us right away, great, personalities, and professionalism! The rooms are immaculate! The beds are extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back through!

When online there was a mention of a happy hour, which we have had in the past while staying there, and enjoyed. Upon arrival we were given one ticket each for the equivalent of one drink, which in the past were given more of a offering which was enjoyable and memorable. When we went the next afternoon to enjoy the one drink each we were told it was a mistake and we should not have received the first one on the previous day? Guess if you don’t want to have us at your happy hour maybe you shouldn’t advertise it online? Very disappointed since we have enjoyed it in the past. I guess things have changed and we will need to adapt to your change in what was such a blessing to us in the past and make our lodging choices appropriately.

Everything's great! Customer service last night was super friendly & thorough explaining the amenities. Loved the breakfast bar and my 12 year old is excited about the pool. Thank you!
