The room was all redone really nice but the pool area could use an update but was clean and the hot tubs were working. We got a room at the back of the property and it was so quiet the curtains are blackout and don’t let any light through we would stay here again. Reasonable price too!

Great stay. Condos were clean and had all the amenities you need. However upstairs neighbours were quite loud. Sound travels quite clearly between units. Restaurant food was ok. Better off bringing your own to cook in the unit kitchens. Shuttle to downtown is frequent and easy to use. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The full kitchen was very nice to have. Felt very homey. Nice that it is just outside of Banff. The outdoor hot tub was the reason we booked the hotel, which happened to be closed while we were there. So that was a bummer, but overall was great and I would stay there again
