My daughter and I were down for volleyball provincials. The hotel was clean and beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our room was very spacious and clean. Tons of storage for our belongings. The ahower was huge and the water pressure and temperatures were just what were needed after a relaxing hot tub

Everything was great (clean, spacious room, comfortable beds, nice shower, easy indoor access to the performance venue, friendly security staff, helpful ushers etc at the concert) except the staff at check-in Friday afternoon. Three of them just stood at the front desk and ignored us for a few minutes until they were done whatever they were doing. No “hello”, no “be with you in a moment”, they just looked up at us briefly then back to their computers without saying a word. Not very welcoming or friendly as a first impression for the hospitality industry. Would have been four or five stars otherwise. Aside from that would definitely stay again for another concert and maybe try out the hot tub and other amenities.
