The room itself was great , clean and comfortable. As for the pool and hot tub very disappointing, the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was in poor condition looked like a lot of rust at the bottom and no working jets , had I known I would have booked elsewhere

Elevator broken and we had to lug all our luggage up the stairs. Ice machine broken. Only one exit hallway in case of fire. Business area computer did not work.
