From the moment I walked through the front door I was greeted with friendly competent staff. The room was amazing, clean beautiful and had everything I needed. Shower was spacious and very up to date and clean :) I was also pleasantly surprised with the wonderful continental breakfast the next morning! 5 stars all around! Thank you Hyatt ❤️👌

Excellent hotel for cleanliness and service, everywhere was spotless. Excellent breakfast with staff on hand to help and always stocking up. Room was very comfortable; overlooked the rail line but I only heard one freight train rumble through during the night! As this was only an overnight, didn’t really have time to explore, but the hotel is in a nice part of town with lots of new buildings around it.

The rooms are modern, clean, a good size and the beds are comfortable! The staff is top notch-especially Kaylee, Eva and the desk manager Josh. The later check out time is a great bonus too! The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is a little high priced, but it is well worth it-a must try. We will go back to experience that meal again!

The check in time is 3PM and I reached at 10:45PM and the room was not ready yet - can u believe this? They said our staff was not available and we had to clean lot of rooms - thats not my problem, the bare minimum expectation is that when I reach late at night I am not waiting for my room. Horrible experience, never ever I will stay with them ever again.
