Absolutely wonderful stay in picturesque location. Restaurant is pricey for dinner but the half board option is quite reasonable. There is gas here (including premium). Staff were all wonderful.

What a beautiful property it is! The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful! The room was comfortable and bed was perfect. It’s extremely remote but I’d love to go back sometime.

I thought you should be able to eat in the dining room without having to buy 3 course meal,ie get a salad or hamburger and not need to get it to go

The property was nice. The view was exceptional when you walked to it. From the lodge you couldn’t see much. The staff was friendly. The food and drink were expensive. We were just there for an overnight

The lodge sits on the shore of a very nice natural lake. Everything about it is charming and first class without being stuffy or off-putting. Very European in atmosphere as the owners are Swiss.

Great staff...middle of nowhere, but beautiful.

Off Season stay on the way to move my son to Alaska. The room was too hot...had to turn the steam heat off completely. Still could not get it right temp. It the middle of nowhere…so I get it…price was high, food at the lodge was overpriced. I get it…where else would we go. If I didn’t again I would plan to bypass it.

We stop here each drive through. We like the takeout but not the sitdown meal. Charlie checked us in and was absolutely amazing.

Dining there is something to be desired. Was asked to make a reservation did so but it didn’t seem to help much dinner was an hour and 45 minutes from start to finish. Took 30 minutes to get the salad another 30 minutes to get the main course and another 30 minutes to get the dessert. Food was all right, but don’t go there if you’re in a hurry to get in and out. Everything else seems to be very clean and tidy.
