Stayed 1 night here. Check- in was smooth . We took advantage of the casino and its amenities . Were surprised about the Wednesday catering to seniors , excellent idea as my parents enjoyed it very much . Chinese food was great for our group. We took advantage of breakfast in the morning as well. Really enjoyed the stay . Thank-you for having us !!

Where is the hotel entrance?

The property is huge. We didnt have a clue which door lead to the front desk. It didnt appear to have signage. The bed was wonderful. The shower was forceful and hot. The room was comfortable. The brown butter hollandaise with my breakfast, was absolutely delicious!

Ended up in the old tower on the second floor, which has no elevator. Hallways of carpet were worn, soiled, dirty air conditioning did not work at all even after a service rep came to check it out. Bathroom was dirty and stink like feces.

All was good until a very intoxicated man entered our room via keycard at 12:34 am - waking us from a dead sleep. How dangerous and I didn’t appreciate the front desk staff taking no accountability. Will never ever stay at this hotel again

I was impressed with the customer service. I was recognized by the front desk staff as I stayed at the hotel a few weeks back. She welcomed me back and was quick and efficient at getting me into my room. Personally I think it’s great to come and stay at an establishment where you feel welcome and your business is important to them. Keep up the good work!!
