I booked the room for my son as he had a course to go to. It took them over an hour to get checked in. The room was charged to my credit card almost immediately but had a huge issue with the damage deposit authorization firm. The clerk kept telling me I had not signed the form, what wasn’t correct was the way I entered my card info. He stayed at a different hotel the week prior not a problem checking in. Was embarrassing and frustrating for my son to say the least. Concierge should know and relay proper information, as well as listen to what guests are saying and not talk over them. Whole experience was unpleasant will never stay there again or recommend to this place.

The room was spotless. Courteous staff. The club room was good and relaxing. Clean and spacious gym, enjoyed the steam room and hot tub. We had a great time at the casino where we had delicious meals.
