The person at the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Did not give us explanations about the charges that we got and they ask for pre deposits so in the end they don’t reimburse you and charge you how much they want Very disappointed with the whole service. Will never be back

Utterly revolting

The property was disgusting. The only clean part was the lobby. There was no lights in the room only in the hallway the remote for the TV didn’t work. The toilet paper holder was just a piece of metal sitting on the floor attached to it. The whole place was rented out to drug addicts and dirty people that stood in the hallways and smoked pot and did drugs.

Dirtiest hotel ever! Pure filth!!

Dirtiest hotel I've ever seen, had to check out after first night because of it. Every sheet was stained, pillow cases had cat fur on one and human on the other one. Maytress pads stained badly. Rotten potato under nightstand. Empty cans and bottles under sink, dirt all over door and trim. Stains on lamps. Random stuff in drawers. Empty weed pack on floor. Pure filth. Wouldn't offer a refund on second night.

I have low expectations of hotels, as I was a backpacker and stayed in cheap hostels around the world for a long time, and this is the first place I’ve stayed in that I felt the need to leave a review. Pets roaming the halls off leash, piles of dog food in the middle of the hall, holes in the walls of the room, covers off bathroom fans and A/C units leaving exposed electrical wires, burn holes in bedding to name a few issues. Truthfully surprised this place hasn’t been closed down.

Ive been there w times an each time they charged me extra money on top of the 200 deposit. First time asked for a 2 bed room an got a kitchenette an 1 bed. This time my room was right but there was stains on the lights an wall, burns in my blankets, wall paper peeling off. Will not be back. The pub in it is amazing. The food was delicious an the service was excellent.

The guests of the bar below the hotel didn’t make me feel very safe. There was also loud music until 10pm from said bar. The room was very run down and not cleaned too well. The heater was extremely loud and woke me several times during the night. I will not be back

In my 40 years of staying in a hotel, i have never stayed somewhere so filthy! No box spring covers, thin blankets, FREEZING, dirty pad wrappers under the sink, NO TOILET PAPER OR HOLDER, missing pillow, blood and dirt on the curtains, reeked like cigarette smoke, bath tub looked like it hadnt been cleaned...EVER!!! Got to listen to someone retching their guts, cursing, crying out, hitting tbe walls,. TV did not work, had to request extra blankets, walls were all damaged and cracked! PLACE SHOULD BE CONDEMNED! If it wasnt almost midnight by the time od arrival and there was other options available in red deer we would have walked out immediately and requested a refund.

I immediately checked out, they wouldn’t refund me. Banana peel on the floor in front of my door, stains on every wall, room smelled like it had been smoked in, stains all over the mattress and boxspring and the toilet paper wasn’t even on the hanger, just on the floor beside the toilet. Terrible, not to mention the shady people in front of and around the hotel.

Booked here thru Expedia and wish I read the google reviews first. Whats the saying, you get what you pay for? Well here you get less than that. We booked for $85 and when we pulled up to the hotel there was a guy getting kicked out of the attached restaurant/bar, his wife following and a drugged up girl sitting on the parking block. The hotel staff were pretty friendly however, but when we got to our room all we could smell and taste was cigarettes. The beds are terrible, they don’t have a blanket, just a top sheet and that terrible fleece blanket with two flat pillows. The nicest thing about the room was a full size fridge. We checked in and 5 min later we checked out and a hope to get a full refund from Expedia. Just a fair warning this place isn’t worth your time or safety.
