The room was nice and jacuzzi rocked but why was there only four available channels on the cable?? Two of them were in French also. Really glad we grabbed our Bluetooth speaker so we could at least enjoy some tunes while in our room

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Everything was dirty or moldy in the shower, dogs barking all hours of the night, burn holes in the towels and comforter. The floor was gross the toilet was gross. I got some allergic reaction to the bed and 12 hours later my eyes are still red and puffy. The pool was chained off and had stuff floating in it and it was not a good color. I tried to take this to the front desk clerk when I checked out, he didn't even have any clue of why I was checking out most people don't he said, and he had no idea what I was saying he didn't understand at all

The location of this property is excellent, especially when participating in an event at the Westerner. Everything was good. My only reservation was that the sheets were not as soft as I prefer, but they did not impede my sleep.

The room was awesome and had everything we needed! Pet friendly!and clean! Close to all amenities shopping and local markets, has easy access to QE2 northbound as well as access to Red Deer without having to go back onto the QE2 would have liked a cleaner parking lot!

I like the size of the room it was huge. I have a thing for new soft thick towels and that is exactly what I got. So far the staff has been friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to set aside what they were doing and help with whatever I needed them for. I good continental breakfast with alot of items to pick from.
