Hotel is under construction, room was remodeled but not clean. Bathroom tiles were replaced but not thoroughly cleaned. Hallways were dirty. Should have been posted that hotel was under construction.

I know the property is going through renovations but it was still not a great stay. The staff were not very accommodating, even a request for an extra blanket was simply a “no”. The room was also not in great condition and way smaller than it looked on the site. For how much we paid for the night I definitely don’t think it’s worth it.

Great place lots of room.

It was interesting. It was a renovated suite but had an old stained tub and whoever painted wasn’t very good. Paint on the carpet under the tables and the bathroom roof had not been taped and looks like a rush job. It’s just noticeable because the Reno was nice. Grout in bathroom tile was 2 different colors. Or wall was sanded when it was wet and dried in the dust. It was a great room though. Lots of room.

The pillows are terrible all 3 I stay in hotels almost every weekend during hockey season and wow worst ones yet. Also being the room right by the elevator not good but to make it worse the ice machine was right outside my room nice 7:30am wake up who needs ice then I don’t know but 2 people did.

They pretended they cleaned the room

When I tried to lie down on the sheets after pulling back the cover, I found a few strands of hair. I don't think they changed the bed sheets before I checked in. And a lot of dust on the bed side table. So unfortunate.
