Signing wasn't great. Had a hard time finding motel. Our room was across from laundry.... a bit noisy. Awkward having breakfast in reception area ... people walking by you to check out.

Good stay, terrible service

Could not check in for almost 15 minutes because the front desk attendant was outside. Sign said they would be five minutes but wasn’t. Room was great and bed was very comfy, soap dispensers were empty but other than that a great stay. Just terrible service.

Pull out couch mattress was like 1 inch thick . Hurt my kids back . I laid on it and was like laying on metal . Wasnt clean under the couch . Excellent staff . Great breakfast . Quiet .

I don't know what's going on between expedia and th hotel. The room I reserved listed as two bedroom on expedia but the staff said there is no such two bedroom. They can only provide us one room with two queen beds. Besides, the coffee maker was broken in that room.

The hotel itself was wonderful, staff were pleasant. But the roadway leading up to the hotel (not your responsibility directly I am sure) almost forced me to turn around & book somewhere else. The parking lot itself was also not great, some slopes & sink holes that an elderly person would have had problems traversing. The location is fantastic btw. I do business with the airport in Moncton so access was just the right distance,

Overcharged on our stay

We arrived and the man at the reception showed me the amount on my invoice. It was higher that what Hotels.com had for us. He couldn't change the amount because there is a "sustainability" fee that he says is compulsary. His supervisor was not inhouse then. At checkout, we went to reception to correct the amount and still no supervisor, so no credit. When we got home and looked at our account, the amount charged was still different from what Hotels.com told us it would be, but slightly lower than their original invoice. This is the first time the amount at hotel reception is different from the reservation at Hotels.com

Not bad, definitely needs some updating. Room was clean. Hallway area carpet looked quite dirty. Beds were comfy. Our stay was expensive, I’m assuming due to a large concert happening the weekend we stayed.

Not overly clean, mold on ceiling in the shower. The pull out bed had hair elastics from the previous guests. I informed the front desk and they didn’t seem surprised. Won’t stay here again, paid $386 for one night.

The property looks old and dirty, especially in the common area. The rooms are ok and very well equipped. The worst thing is the feeling, there are some questionable quests. The floor from the room above ours was creaking and in the middle of the night we were wake up by a quest who decided to walk more than an hour and a half. At the same time 4 or 5 people went outside of their room and have a party from 12:15 to 1:15 am making noise an laughing not caring about anyone else. We contacted the front desk, but nothing happened, they still stayed out for another 30 min. I do not recommend this hotel. The price might look cheap, but you get what you pay for.
