"CLEANLINESS - FRONT LOBBY- dirty crumpled paper towel on the floor that left there all day. The carpet on the stairs and lobby desperately needed vacuuming. Pebbles were all around. Fort William Henry Hotel and Conference Center
"Room was not ready till after 4pm. It was not easily accessible for my husband & I. It was also not located in the main building. I had no idea there were other buildings! The only nice restaurant on the property was Closed! Apparently it’s closed Monday & Tuesdays this time of year 😡"
