"I was extremely disappointed in the physical aspects of the rooms in the property. The rooms were dark and I could hear the guests next door taking a shower. Additionally, the cable tv service wasn’t available for the first two days of my stay. The physical location was centrally located in downtown NOLA but unfortunately I was inundated by the unhoused and severely drug addicted citizens in the area. The floors in the room and the hallways were extremely uneven in spots and the individual room layouts were confusing and difficult to locate, depending on which elevator you used. The cost of the breakfast was overpriced for the quality of the food. Overall, the staff was courteous and professional but I and my traveling companions, did not enjoy our stay and will not recommend this location to others."

"I stayed at the Bourbon Orleans hotel for 5 days during Memorial weekend - arrived on Thursday and left on Monday. I loved the hotels location - right behind the church in Jackson Square. The area was quiet and it was a street away from Bourbon. There is a great jazz club called Fritzel's European jazz club around the corner - like I said the location was great. My only complaint about the hotel is the hot water. The second day at the hotel there was no hot water. The hotel said to run the water for 20 minutes but still no hot water. The third day at the hotel and there was the same problem. The fourth day at the hotel we happed to get up around 6am and we went to take a shower and we had hot water. Other than the hot water problem the hotel is great and I would definitely stay there again."

"I traveled from California to New Orleans and arrived at my hotel by 11AM. I was grateful that they not only let me check in early, I wasn't charged extra. The room was beautiful and looked like a cute little apartment.The breakfast was free and was really, really good with a lot of options.The staff were very helpful and friendly. Except for the humid weather, the walk to the French quarter was very straightforward and close by. Also the famous St Louis cemetery number 1 was only a few steps away!! I would definitely stay here again."

"The staff here are absolutely wonderful—incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. The courtyard pool area is amazing and acts as a perfect, relaxing oasis right in the middle of all the action. On top of that, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. You really can't beat the location or the hospitality. Highly recommend!"
