Wonderful 2-br home at a short walk from the beach

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. 6 blocks from the ocean and central in Jacksonville Beach. Renovated and curated by a local designer. Easy and free parking along with a private backyard space perfect for a grilled dinner outside.

This space is equipped with one king bed and two full beds and has a pack-and-play, perfect for a family staying. With a comfortable living space and equipped kitchen, it is perfect for nights in and countless vacation memories.

The kitchen, living room, and dining room are all on the 1st level.

Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and many more.

Dining room has seating for 4 plus we will be adding an outdoor table and chairs.

Living room has smart TV, Netflix, and Amazon Prime.

There is a sliding glass door that provides access to the 2nd level patio.

The 2 bedrooms are upstairs and equipped with 2 full and a king memory foam mattresses, luxury linens and towels, sounds machines. One of the bedrooms has a tv.

The half bathroom is on the first level and the main bathroom is on 2nd level.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 7 blocks from the beach so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. WholeFoods and several local restaurants are within 5 minutes of the unit. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and with its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.

Take Uber and Lyft if you don't feel like driving yourself. Most people drive their own vehicles around here, though.

Small space with BIG charm

Beautifully appointed 2 bedroom villa with great attention to detail. Comfortable and welcoming. Just a short 5 minite walk from the beach.... will book again soon with Nomad Hospitality!

Perfect clean and great access to everything!

Very clean and comfortable! Comfortable mattress - very hard to find! Easy access to restaurants, beach eats, grocery store and other shopping but close to Mayo, the reason for our trip. We will be back for future visits!

Nice space near the beach

Our family rented both side by side units and enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to good restaurants, shops, and public access to the beach. Everything you need in kitchen & bath is provided and even a couple of beach chairs. Happy stay!
