A little Hell in a lot of Heaven

Property gorgeous, Breathtaking view from Patio and well run. However it was difficult to contact maintenance for a knocking problem in the water heater that annoyed us for 2/3 of our stay including overnight. Left message. Got no response. Hope they fix it before next renter of this otherwise perfect condo.

Nice Property...needs a few finishing touches

We've stayed at other properties in Ocean Place because we love the location. This property was, overall, very nice. We noticed a few quirks about the features of the property. None of them were bad enough to keep us from renting it again, but should be noted. The first issue was that it was clean for the most part. The cleaning crew missed some food debris and residue on the cooktop and counter next to it. The master bathroom had quite a bit of hair on the counter and floor. The two side chairs in the living room were not very comfortable and quite awkward to sit in. For this trip, it was just the two of us so we sat on the sofa. If we had more people with us, this would have been more of an issue. And lastly, the kitchen trash was out in the open and the can didn't have a lid. That seems odd to me if you are not going to have an in-cabinet trash area, you should have a lidded trash can. As I said earlier, none of these issues "ruined" our trip but I would make a few small changes in regards to what I mentioned and I think you would have an almost perfect rental! Management company was great and easy to work with since we booked this so last minute.

Fantastic Condo!!

The condo was beautiful!! So tastefully decorated, incredibly clean and we lacked for nothing. The beds were so comfy. Perfect location to view the ocean (full view) and the amazing sunrises!! I will definitely book this condo again!

Summer Getaway

Everything about this trip was fantastic! The unit and the property overall are beautifully maintained. We spent hours at the pool, beach and on the balcony. The unit is well appointed and very comfortable. The property manager is good with communication and accommodating. Highly recommend!
