As you return home from a sunny day spent on the sand, you'll be greeted by the comforts of central air conditioning, cool tile floors, and an open floor plan with large windows and abundant natural light. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, a sizable dining room table for homemade dinners with loved ones, an airy living room with ample seating, and a flat-screen cable TV. A small den is just off the living room as well - a great place to escape with a good book or your laptop to catch up on emails.

Additional amenities include a back dining patio surrounded by greenery, a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly, and three bright, comfortable bedrooms to choose from.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
