Hotel is clean and staff is very friendly. Located near a lot of restaurants and shopping for needs. Would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in NC again.

We usually choose Hampton Inns because they are generally clean and well maintained. This one while relatively clean was pretty run down. The staff was nice and they had a good breakfast even with Covid restrictions.

The ac was not working , but the staff was friendly , room very clean , very nice breakfast , it was cold outside the nights we stayed but it made the room stuffy and to warm , everything else perfect

Location was great near restaurant and shopping. Staff was great. The down side we never had working fridge the 4 days we were there.Reported it to the front desk 3 times finally maintenance told front desk it was broke and they didn't have another one said they would change it out with another room when someone check out it didn't happen. They did give me a $25 dollars gift card for the trouble. Other then that everything was great.

The ladies at the desk were nice. But once I got into my room and examine my be I notice spot on my pillows that appeared to be blood. Took them to the front desk and exchange them. But notice the next morning spots on my wife pillows.
