"Didn’t like that you have to pay for the beach chairs out in the pool area. This should not be considered a luxury. Additionally when I would stay in a four or five star hotel such as this the amenities such as a sauna and steam room are included. They normally are not a separate fee to use."

The room attendant, Guillermina, did a great job cleaning the room. However, the room was poorly lit, a bit dated. The shower stall seemed like it had mold growing around the edges. Having access to the Tamarind amenities enhanced the overall stay."
