No hot water. No Tv remote controls in rooms you have to ask for it at the front. First night of stay a whole swat pulled up and next morning there were police, homicide and forensics it was crazyy. cool set up though i like the living room and room separation.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, with excellent service.Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable and The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.The location was perfect close to the Disneyland and attractions. The hotel had great facilities and was very convenient.

As soon as we got here, check in was very awkward. The guy wasn't even wearing any shoes when he came tpncjeck in, didn't require a dependent didn't say anything other than. Here's your key, you room # is and check out by 11. It got worse when we got to the room. As soon as we pulled out the sofa bed there was a NAIL and dirty napkin on it! The additional beds also had random hair or little stains. Absolutely disgusting! When we called front desk he advised he will bring new sheets and housekeeping was not available to change the sheets and hung up the phone. A different guy came in to change the sheets and when I requested new pillow cases due to hair and stains his response was I GUESS. I would NOT recommend staying at this roach coach at all! Pay the extra dollars and stay elsewhere for your sanity and cleanliness!

Place looked run down, horrible repair work down they said they were in the middle of a remodel due to no hot water and low water pressure, but there was mold in the bathroom, painted over water damage, floor was so dirty n sticky smelled of harsh degreasers, bedding was and and stains all over sheets, water pipes holding together with wire and tape, homeless all over getting bugged when ever entering and leaving, door didn’t seal right or shut half the time would have to slam shut
