When we checked in the electricity was not functioning in the room! This was finely fixed while we were back at airport retrieving our bags! Upon waking at 0430 the next morning the electricity again was out in our room! Young lady in front desk had no clue how to reset breaker! She also asserted that hotel han no flashlights nor lanterns to light our room! She suggested I use my IPhone to dress and pack! Not acceptable! Management needs to inform staff where such equipment can be found! Hurricane prone Houston hotel woefully so unprepared! Unbelievable!

Friendly service. Shuttle needs to run more often or have an extra shuttle. We checked in at 7pm and the Shuttle had no seats left. Everyone was kind!
